Please look at this closely.  This thing is a massive 65MM and weighs over 4 Ounces of pure .999+ fine Silver.   This was part of the US Mint Medallic Arts Program in the late 1970's.  This was before they legalized bullion ownership and the mint did not start minting Gold and Silver Eagles until 1986.  Until then, this was about the only way you could own gold or Silver outside of US Coins and Jewelry.   

It weighs 141 Grams.   It is Pristine.   It is missing the COA and one-half of the box.  But it has been kept undisturbed since 1978.  I have never seen one so nice.  Usually, they are discolored or grow poka-dots, but this thing is pristine.    A good candidate for NGC.
